After graduating, Susan worked as a realtor for several years before founding Aragi Enterprises Incorporated, a construction company she started with her Brother Keith. Susan grew Aragi Enterprises into a thriving business employing about 100 subcontractors in addition to a small office and sales staff.

Despite the early difficulties she faced as a female builder in what was then a man's industry, Susan demonstrated the same strong work ethic then as now. Her subcontractors saw that Susan was not afraid to get her hands dirty to get the job done, even helping pour a foundation one Christmas Eve to ensure a schedule was met. Susan developed a reputation for imaginative and high-quality work and because of this reputation, she has even built homes for the children of some of her former clients.

Susan has two wonderful children whom she is very proud of. Maxwell is enrolled as an undergraduate student at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut and Samantha is a student at Brookfield High School.

After Samantha was born, Sue took time off to enjoy her family. She began to get involved again with the real estate market and because of her many years experience as a builder, Sue decided to go back into real estate sales and specialize in New Construction and Land Sales.

Susan returned to real estate in 2001, working for Coldwell Banker in Ridgefield. Bringing the same tenacious work ethic that made her an industry-shaping building contractor, Susan was named Coldwell Banker Sales Associate of the Month shortly after joining Coldwell Bankers. In 2005, Sue joined Keller Williams Realty and for her 3 years with that firm provided her clients with exceptional service as their realtor. Sue has now found a new home specializing in Condos with Rivington Realty in order to better serve her many clients. Sue's expert knowledge of construction and the real estate market make her a truly full service realtor.

In 1987, Susan founded the Women's Center of Greater Danbury golf tournament and has served as chairperson of that event on numerous occasions.

In her spare time, Susan is an avid golfer and has earned two Hole in One Certificates for making perfect shots. Susan also loves cooking and spending quite time reading.
